Introducing: At the Crossroads Evangelists group will be traveling around with the main objective is to
Encourage Everyone to Attend a Church. Bringing the Good News which is the Gospel of Jesus to everyone.
Many of our Veterans, their families and friends need assistance with day to day life situations, those in need of friendship while struggling with drug addiction recovery, death, illness, and day to day life. This is how the ministry started. With just one person talking about it to become a reality. We encourage you to attend and will post dates as we secure locations.

Soon to come will be the At the Crossroads Evangelists Podcast set up by a member and his son. It will be for the purpose of
Interviews and Testimonies with those who have found Jesus to live a better and happier life. Truly inspirational stories!!

In Memory to Henry Dodd, (photo is in the gallery)
Our good friend and Veteran Henry Dodd went to be with his Lord in Heaven on April 4, 2024. He was ran over by an idiot person in a car that put him in the hospital in the summer of 2023 and he never recovered. Forced to remove his leg, he did not recover. He and a group of bike riders were just taking a break in a parking lot on a beautiful summer day. We loved Henry, especially me Ralph, a friend since we were teenagers. A long time member of the American Legion in Chatsworth, his sister Pat Dodd will have info in near future.
A True Patriot to the end. Henry spent his life as a Veteran, joining the Army and then Navy to retire. What a Good Man !
We are Blessed Every Day…..
Update: Memorial was held for Henry Dodd by his sister Kay Dodd in Chatsworth on May 18th, 2024.
A six gun salute was presented.
Henry was a member of the group.
A somber day and he will be missed by hundreds
of his friends from the American Legion in Chatsworth
and family.
We salute you Henry !

We had a very Happy Veterans Day on
Friday, November 11, 2022
with distinguished Veteran guests
from all military branches.
We appreciated the local BBQ, Walmart for the cookout groceries and Fort members for cooking and serving it.
It rained all day, but we persevered !!
Thank you everyone !
to continue in 2023….
We now have a scuba diving program for Veterans and families and especially designed for those wounded with extremity injuries.
There is nothing more beautiful than being underwater. These Veterans are not helpless. They have made a great sacrifice for our country. It is up to us to make a wonderful world, a caring world for them.
These lessons are FREE ! for Members, $1.00 for others.
A scuba diving program taught by experts in the diving world and guess what? Proceeds are paid for by caring people, wonderful people… like you.
The beauty of our facility is that training is provided in a pool and also our one of a kind Diving Tank, 35 feet deep, for the check dive right here at the Fort. Therefore we can offer you a military diving experience.
We are offering:
Basic and Advanced classes on diving skills and use of all Equipment. A Diving Certification is NOT provided. Only the experience of learning.
Call to sign up for classes and visit on any Saturday
Veterans or family members of Veterans are eligible
What can I do you ask??
You can help support the program with $1.00 or $1,000.00. Every nickel goes into projects for Veterans here at the Fort.
Click HERE to visit our Scuba Diving Page!
Our Meeting Hall & Museum
are Open for Members Events !!!
