Help With Memorial Markers

Mr. Bearden, a World War II Army Veteran who passed away in 1978, never received his Memorial Marker from the VA, despite his family ordering it for the funeral. So his family enlisted Fort Villanow Veterans project for help.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) furnishes upon request, at no charge to the applicant, that includes shipping a Government headstone or marker for the unmarked grave of any deceased eligible Veteran in any cemetery around the world, regardless of their date of death. Also, when a family member passes you can ask your funeral home to issue one for you.
